Job summary

Domnovate Healthcare is building a local candidate-interest pool for per diem Licensed Practical Nurses in Maryland. This is an ongoing invitation to connect with Our Client; shifts are not guaranteed and will be discussed during onboarding.

Pay ranges from $29.20 to $32.85 per hour, with higher rates for qualifying shifts. Per diem positions are W-2 through our employer of record; exact duties and settings will be reviewed for each opportunity.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland practical nurse license or applicable compact privilege; requirements vary by opportunity and onboarding confirms specifics.
• Clear communication, reliable attendance, and ability to work as part of a clinical team.
• Readiness to complete credentialing, screening and orientation for a selected opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical nursing care within your authorized scope.
• Administer medications and treatments as authorized, observe and report patient changes.
• Document care and coordinate with the supervising nursing team.
• Follow infection prevention practices and ensure accurate communication of care.
