Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads.

We offer competitive pay at $37-$39 per hour, same-day or next-day pay with RapidPay, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling. Full-time hours available with local staffing coordinators.

This role requires active LPN license, 1 year facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR; PPD within last year; ability to meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements with or without accommodations.
• No weight restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
