Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid NJ State Practical Nurse License.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driver's license in good standing, insurable under NJID's automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and medical treatments as required.
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living as necessary.
• Complete data entry using Therap (EHR).
• Implement medically prescribed diets and exercise programs.

Skills

Experience with g-tube feedings

Experience working with intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities

Administration of medications

Assistance with activities of daily living

Education

HS diploma or equivalent
