Summit Health Management in Harrison, NY is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to deliver patient-centered care within a physician-led network.

You will escort patients, prepare for exams, administer medications and IV therapy within licensure, collect specimens, and maintain clean rooms while charting accurately. The role requires NY LPN licensure and BLS; IV and/or phlebotomy skills are highly preferred. Join VillageMD/Village Medical families to support connected care.

Formación

• Graduate of an LPN program.
• Current LPN license in New York State.
• BLS certification at hire.
• IV and/or phlebotomy skills highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Escort patients into exam rooms and prepare for procedures.
• Administer medications and IV therapy within licensure scope.
• Provide basic patient care and treatments (wounds, catheterizations, dressings).
• Collect and label specimens; prepare rooms for visits.
• Enter patient data into the EMR accurately and timely.
• Support clerical tasks (appointments, pre-authorizations, calls).
• Manage medical inventory and supplies based on par levels.
