Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current LPN license.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health or hospital setting preferred.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s or other related dementias.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Assist in training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff per state regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance per federal/state/local standards.
