First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team covering facilities in Hampton Roads, VA. Expect competitive hourly pay and flexible assignments with local coordinators available to assist you.

We offer same-day or next-day pay options and a hiring bonus after completing two shifts. Active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based nursing, and CPR/BLS are required to qualify for these per diem opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD in the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
