Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. Eligible candidates earn $37–$39 per hour with same-day or next-day pay options.

Requirements include an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and a recent PPD. Local applicants preferred; per diem roles offer flexible scheduling and rapid pay. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification and PPD within the last year

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
