Job summary

Oro Valley Hospital in Oro Valley, AZ is seeking an LPN for a per diem day shift in our Skilled Nursing unit. Qualifications

• 0–1 years of LPN experience in healthcare setting required.

• ACLS preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to patient needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections per orders.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
• Document care, interventions, and observations accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post-discharge care.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocol adherence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
