Aura Health is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a per diem position in Hampton Roads, VA. The role includes providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications, collecting and documenting patient information, wound care, and coordinating with the healthcare team.

Requirements include an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and a recent PPD test.

Qualifications

• LPN license active and in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
