Job summary

RISE Housing and Support Services is seeking per diem Licensed Practical Nurses to support residents at SunRISE Retreat and RISE Above. The role involves delivering services per treatment plans and working under supervision to promote recovery.

We offer a starting base wage of $27 per hour with a $500 bonus after 6 months, flexible evening, night, and weekend shifts, and opportunities to advance into full- or part-time positions within a growing organization that values internal promotion.

• Comply with all relevant regulations governing the program.

• Assisting with admissions, discharges, and treatment planning
• Acclimating residents to physical surroundings, program philosophy and expectations
• Participating in crisis intervention
• Complying with all relevant regulations governing the program

To Qualify You Must Have

• A NYS Licensed Practical Nurse certification with a minimum
• An ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow your training
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal boundaries
