Job summary

Aya Healthcare is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for immediate per diem shifts in New Haven, CT. You will provide high-quality obstetric care, support for cesarean and vaginal deliveries, and neonatal care in a fast-paced environment.

Must hold NRP and BLS certifications and be ready to work flexible per diem hours with a focus on patient safety and excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• NRP and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience with labor and delivery procedures and patient monitoring.
• Ability to work per diem shifts and adapt to flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care to per diem patients.
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and vaginal deliveries as required.
• Support neonatal care, postpartum care, and patient education.
