Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a licensed pharmacist, compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceutical supplies.
• Reviews physician orders and coordinates with medical staff to ensure quality pharmacological services.
• Assists with filling, labeling, and unit-dose cart-fill; maintains accurate medication carts and inventories.

Education

Completion of first professional year (third year of college) of undergraduate training to become a pharmacist
