Job summary

RPh on the Go is seeking a licensed pharmacist for per diem inpatient hospital coverage in Dalzell, South Carolina. The role involves weekday schedules with on-call duties after shifts and occasional remote weekend on-call support in a behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
• Active and clear South Carolina pharmacist license.
• Experience with WellSky order entry system and Omnicell automation is a plus, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders and ensure accurate dispensing.
• Refill Omnicell automated medication cabinets.
• Place medication orders with Cardinal Health.
• Provide pharmacological support in an inpatient behavioral (psychiatric) setting.
• Manage on-call responsibilities including responding to medication-related inquiries remotely.
