Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify and process infusion and specialty medication orders in compliance with regulations.
• Perform clinical review for therapy appropriateness and drug interactions.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, prescribers, and prior authorization teams.
• Compound and/or verify compounded sterile preparations (CSPs).
• Provide patient counseling and education related to infusion therapies.
• Maintain accurate dispensing documentation.
