Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking an experienced Infusion Nurse (RN) to support patients in infusion suites and other care settings as needed. This per diem role offers flexibility to align with business needs and travel locally to care for patients.

As a clinician‑led, U.S.-based organization, you will administer therapies, monitor patients, educate caregivers, and maintain meticulous nursing notes while upholding safety standards and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• IV certification and experience with central line management.
• 2+ years RN experience (home infusion, critical care, ED, or similar preferred).
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a care team.
• Willingness to travel locally to support patients.

Responsibilities

• Insert, monitor, and discontinue IVs, including central line care.
• Administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products as prescribed.
• Monitor patient response, obtain vital signs, and perform assessments.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and IV care.
• Perform venous phlebotomy as needed.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and nursing notes.
• Coordinate schedules and communicate with patients, families, providers, and care teams.
• Maintain compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards.
