Job summary

Optimum Connect Health Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to provide in-home massage services across Westchester and NYC areas. This fee-for-service, 1099 independent contractor role requires NY licensure, 1+ year of experience, and travel to clients' homes.

You will administer customized massages, maintain client records, and collaboratively enhance treatment plans while upholding our values of empathy and excellence. Compensation is $85 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Massage Therapy License required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals under 21.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with medically fragile individuals (including adults).
• Willingness and ability to travel to patients' homes throughout the service area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; commitment to client-centered care.
