Cottage Hospital in Woodsville, NH is seeking per diem ICU Registered Nurses to provide critical care in our 3-bed ICU. This position offers autonomy, collaboration, and meaningful impact in a close-knit hospital setting, with an $8k sign-on bonus in addition to shift differentials.

You will care for post-surgical and medical ICU patients, support care across the mixed-acuity inpatient unit, and work with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality patient care across the continuum.

Qualifications

• ACLS required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• RN license required.
• ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient status in the ICU.
• Provide continuous, high-quality care during the ICU stay.
• Respond to medical emergencies and collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Prioritize care for patients with complex conditions.

We are seeking per diem experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurses (RN) to provide critical care to seriously ill or injured patients in our 3-bed ICU within a critical access hospital. Job Summary

Assists in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care within the scope of practice for a Registered Nurse. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care, incorporating principles of growth and development across the lifespan. Assesses patient data, identifies care needs, and delivers care in accordance with hospital policies and standards.
