Benchmark Senior Living's Chelmsford Crossing is seeking a Per Diem Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff. You will launder towels and resident linens and care for resident apartments, with emphasis on attention to detail and reliability.

The role includes completing assigned cleaning tasks in resident apartments and common areas, following safety guidelines for biohazardous waste, and contributing to a respectful, welcoming community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred, but we will train.
• Understands proper handling of biohazardous waste.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleans assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor.
• Bathrooms: toilet bowl, sinks, bathtubs, wipes countertops, mirrors, and sterilizes floors.
• Kitchen: wipes counters, mops kitchen floor.
• Vacuum all exposed areas completely, including edges.
• Empties and rinses wastebaskets.
• Washes inside windows as needed.
• Cleans all common areas per standards and practices including elevators, halls, lobbies, and model units.
• Maintains a clean laundry room and stores chemicals per instructions.
