Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California license to practice Speech‑Language Pathology.
• ACCC‑SLP certification (CCC‑SLP) required or equivalent.
• Typically at least two years of professional SLP experience in hospital or clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs of inpatients and outpatients.
• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans and goals.
• Provide supervision and guidance to Clinical Fellows and Therapy Technicians.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, families, and other professionals.
• Lead or participate in specialty clinics and hospital programs.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance with hospital policies.
