Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Cleveland Fairhill in Cleveland, OH seeks a Pharmacist for per diem shifts to support inpatient post-ICU services. The role covers drug distribution, IV admixture, and clinical support in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of drug distribution systems, central operations and IV admixture.
• Provide clinical support of hospital pharmacy function in fast-paced environment.
• Maintain adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times.
• Instruct patients on drugs to be used after discharge.
• Develop and participate in new employee training and education programs.
• Participate in patient drug therapy monitoring.
• Promote an environment of continuous quality improvement.
