Autumn Lake Healthcare’s Autumn Lake Careers is seeking a compassionate Hospice Music Therapist to join our team in Camden, New Jersey. This per diem role offers varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, to support patients and families in our hospice care program.

You will develop and implement individualized music therapy plans, conduct sessions with singing, instrument playing, and listening, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy or related field required.
• Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement individualized music therapy plans for hospice patients.
• Conduct music therapy sessions through singing, instrument play, and listening activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
