Job summary

A health care provider in Vermont is seeking a per diem Home Infusion RN to provide direct patient care in home settings. Responsibilities include administering IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitoring patients during treatments, and performing ongoing assessments. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a valid RN license, and strong clinical skills. Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish speakers, are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience.
• Active RN license in a compact state or the state you’re applying.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Proficiency in medication administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Spanish-speaking and bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
