Job summary

A multi-state home infusion services provider is seeking a per diem Home Infusion RN to provide direct patient care in the home setting. In this role, you will administer IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitor patients during treatment, and conduct ongoing assessments. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of home infusion experience and an active RN license. Opportunities for Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged. This position offers flexible scheduling and requires strong clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience.
• Active RN license in a compact state or the state where you’re applying.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Proficiency in medication administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish-speaking and bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
