Job summary

Atulo Health is hiring per diem Home Infusion RNs to provide direct patient care in patients’ homes. You’ll administer IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitor patients during treatment, and perform ongoing assessments.

We value experienced RNs with strong clinical and assessment skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience.
• Active RN license in your state or compact state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficiency in medication administration and clinical assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV and subcutaneous infusions in the home setting.
• Monitor patients during treatment and respond to adverse events.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Coordinate with medical team and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
