Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare, a Humana company, is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our award-winning home health team in Marion County, Florida. This PRN/Per Diem role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive, team-driven environment where your voice matters.

You will provide speech-language therapy in a home health setting, maximize patient communication and functionality, and educate patients and families for optimal independence.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Active Florida SLP license is required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and clean MVR are required.
• 1+ years of SLP experience; home health experience preferred.
• Alignment with the agency's mission and values.
