Job summary

Prestige Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for compassionate, in-home care across the Phoenix area. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide high-quality home health services to our clients.

As an RN or LPN, you will create personalized care plans, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with a care team to ensure optimal outcomes for patients in Phoenix/Peoria/Glendale areas.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed RN in the state of employment.
• Previous RN experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
• Document changes in patient conditions and report them to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor.
