Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist for the Atlantic Visiting Nurse Department to work 8am-4pm on varying days in Essex County. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients in the home setting and be part of a collaborative team of health providers.

This role supports patients at home across Morris, Essex, and surrounding areas, delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care with a strong emphasis on independence and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, required.
• Master or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred.
• NJ License in Physical Therapy
• BLS, preferred
• Valid and unrestricted Driver License with a clean driving record, required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in the home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team.
