Job summary

Jethro Health System in Massachusetts is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists for per diem home health visits in Lynn and the Boston area. You can choose preferred geographic areas and enjoy flexible hours. The pay is $55–$85 per visit with a competitive reimbursement package.

The role requires an active MA OT license, CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Prior home health experience is preferred, with schedules designed to fit clinicians' needs.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable car.
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience, preferably in home health.
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments to determine function.
• Prepare legible and timely clinical notes and progress notes.
• Develop and revise the care plan in collaboration with the physician and care team.
• Evaluate outcomes of care and adjust plans as needed.
• Work in preferred locations with flexible per diem scheduling.
