Job summary

Onyx Home Healthcare is seeking a Per Diem Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in the Stoughton/Brockton area. The role offers flexible per diem hours, with shifts typically around 1 hour per day, five hours weekly.

You'll support clients with ADLs, provide companionship, assist with light housekeeping and meals, and follow care plans while documenting services provided. Reliable transportation is preferred.

Qualifications

• HHA certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus.

Join our growing team as a Per Diem Home Health Aide (HHA) providing compassionate, one-on-one care to individuals in the community.

Current Available Hours

• Stoughton, MA
• Monday through Friday 11am-12pm OR 12pm-1pm
• 1 hour per day
• Total of 5 hours per week

This position is ideal for someone looking to supplement their current schedule while having the opportunity to pick up additional hours as they become available.

Additional Hours Available

As our client needs grow in the area, we will offer additional coverage opportunities in surrounding communities, including Brockton and nearby locations.
