Job summary

Assured Quality Homecare (ASQ) in Warwick, RI is seeking an experienced Per Diem Private Duty RN to provide clinical leadership for private-duty home care clients across Rhode Island. The role focuses on weekday business hours with consistent Monday–Friday availability.

You will perform in-home assessments, develop care plans, supervise CNAs, coordinate with physicians and families, and support transitions from hospital to home.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Rhode Island RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Five or more years of RN experience.
• Five or more years of care planning, case management, or patient-navigation experience.
• Experience in home care, rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, hospice, or related setting preferred.
• Consistent weekday business-hour availability.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout Providence, Kent, and Washington counties.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with client mobility when required.

Assured Quality Homecare (ASQ) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership and oversight for private-duty home care clients throughout Rhode Island.

This position is designed for a weekday clinical professional. Admissions, assessments, medical appointments, and provider collaboration primarily occur during regular business hours. This is not a night- or weekend-focused per diem role.

Your Role

As a Per Diem Private Duty RN, you will guide clients through the most important parts of their care journey—from the initial assessment to ongoing clinical oversight.
