Qualifications

• Embeds tissue samples in paraffin, identifying tissue types.
• Cuts tissue in ultra-thin sections, adjusting technique as needed.
• Performs routine, special, and Immunohistochemical staining procedures.
• Prepares tissue specimens selecting correct protocols based on orders.
• Evaluates quality control data and investigates problems.
