Beaver Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Beaver Falls, PA is seeking a reliable PRN Laundry Aide to support our facility by maintaining clean linens and garments for patients and staff. You will operate washers/dryers, fold and distribute clean items, and help keep the laundry area organized and efficient.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Wash, dry, and fold clothing and other items to ensure they are clean and hygienic.
Operate commercial washing and drying machines to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of items.
Fold, package, and hang clean linens and clothing for distribution to patients.
Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, including sorting, folding, and storing items in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist with special requests, such as washing and ironing gowns and uniforms for patients and staff.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.
