Job summary

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist specializing in Hand Therapy for our Lutz, FL outpatient orthopedic center. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with PRN hours and a pay rate of $50/hr, reflecting hands-on, evidence-based care for upper-extremity conditions.

The OT should have a minimum of 1 year of hand therapy experience, CPR certification, and active Florida licensure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recent hand therapy experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• CHT welcomed and encouraged, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality hand therapy services.
• Develop treatment plans and supervise assistants as needed.
• Communicate with facilities and clients to maintain relationships.
• Stay current with hand therapy research and evidence-based practice.
• Maintain licensure and ensure safety during therapy sessions.
