Bloodworks Northwest is seeking a Field Apheresis Nurse on a Per Diem basis to provide specialized apheresis nursing across Bloodworks Bio partner sites, hospitals, and mobile or remote settings throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska.

You will support leukapheresis and other collection programs for pharmaceutical partners, cell/gene therapy, clinical trials, research, and commercial therapy; travel-ready and able to cover BAT schedules as needed, with flexible assignments and potential

Qualifications

• RN licensure in WA/OR/ID/AK or ability to obtain licensure in these states.
• Minimum of three years of apheresis nursing experience.
• Minimum of three years of acute care nursing experience (ICU/CCU, dialysis, etc.).
• Experience supporting clinical trials, cell/gene therapy collections, or per diem nursing assignments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide per diem apheresis nursing coverage across Bloodworks Bio sites, partner hospitals, and mobile/remote settings in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska.
• Perform leukapheresis and other apheresis procedures using the Terumo Spectra Optia system.
• Coordinate travel logistics, credentialing, and assignment-specific requirements with leadership and sponsors.
• Monitor vitals, document nursing notes, and report adverse events to the On-Call provider.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure site readiness for off-site apheresis operations.
