One Medical offers a per diem clinician role across Bethesda, MD and Washington, DC clinics. The position involves seeing patients for acute, chronic, and well visits, with in-office and telehealth options.

You will collaborate with in-person and virtual teams, applying your primary care training to deliver high-quality care. Licensure in MD/VA/DC or willingness to obtain it is required, with NP-FNP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in MD, VA, and/or DC.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care across states.

Employment type:

• “Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly clinician role)
• Anticipated average of 8–20 patient care hours per week, with actual hours varying according to office needs

Location:

• Seeing patients across multiple offices in Bethesda, MD
  • Including: Offices based in Maryland, Virginia, and DC
• Weekly schedule will include hours at several clinics in Washington, DC
• Candidates must be willing to work at any of these locations as needed.

What you'll be working on:

• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Maryland, and/or Virginia, and/or Washington, DC
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification

The hourly rate for this role is

$77.00 per hour . Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
