Job summary

UC San Diego Health CommUnity Care is seeking a Per Diem Primary Care Physician to cover vacations and leaves at multiple outpatient sites across San Diego County, including Encinitas, Pacific Highlands Ranch, Rancho Bernardo, Eastlake, Vista, UCSD Campus, and Downtown San Diego.

The role may include Tele-Visit coverage. No academic appointment through the School of Medicine. Prorated pay applies for percent-time appointments.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with CA medical license or eligibility.
• Minimum of two years' outpatient experience.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care.
• Available for three consecutive weekdays M-F 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Cover primary care vacations and leaves across multiple outpatient locations.
• Provide per diem clinical coverage and tele-visit options as needed.
