Job summary

First Choice Nurses is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem hospital opportunities in North Carolina. You can choose shifts that fit your availability while working with a local staffing team that offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and support from staffing coordinators.

Competitive per diem pay with Daily Pay available and rapid payroll options. Evening and night shifts are available, and you can work as little as one shift per month if desired.

Qualifications

• Active RN License is required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.
• Dependable and professional with a commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations.
• Complete required assessments and documentation.
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements.
