Job summary

The Cooley Dickinson Emergency Department is seeking a Per Diem Advanced Practice Provider (APP)—either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner—to join our team at the Cooley Dickinson Main Campus, located at 30 Locust Street in Northampton, MA. Per diem APPs are required to commit to two (2) 10-hour shifts per month, including one weekend day shift.

Available shift options include: Pay range: $65.25–$83.59 per hour; on-site position with comprehensive benefits and team-based ED care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required; PA licensure required.
• Two years of Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience required.
• Experience cannot substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical screening examinations, evaluate and treat emergency conditions.
• Collaborate with ED physicians to deliver safe, timely, evidence-based care.
