Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years progressive experience in a field/clinical setting as a Paramedic.
• Experience as an adjunct instructor preferred.
• Completion of an approved Instructor course preferred, specifics as required by local governing authority.

Responsibilities

• Delivers instruction for EMT, AEMT, Paramedic and standardized courses (IE ACLS, PALS, PHTLS).
• Facilitates skill labs and patient care scenarios using established teaching, evaluation, and testing tools.
• Maintains documentation of student performance and provides feedback.
• Ensures alignment with national standards and current evidence informed practice.
• Supervises students in clinical areas as scheduled and collaborates with coordinators.
