Eastern Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Center in Allentown, PA is recruiting a per diem Emergency Veterinarian to join our fast-paced specialty hospital with rotating day, mid and overnight shifts.

As a VECCS Level III certified hospital, we provide advanced diagnostics and a collaborative team approach. You will triage, stabilize, and treat emergency cases, working with board-certified specialists to deliver high-quality patient care while supporting our compassionate client communication.

Qualifications

• DVM in good standing is required.
• Pennsylvania veterinary license is required.
• Empathetic, client-focused approach to veterinary medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care for a wide range of medical and surgical cases.
• Triage and stabilize critical patients efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with specialists for continuity of care.
• Communicate clearly with clients during stressful situations.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused ER culture.

Eastern Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Center (EPVMC) is recruiting a per diem Emergency Veterinarian with rotating shifts for day, mid and/or overnight at our fast-paced specialty hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

EPVMC is a VECCS Level III certified hospital. Emergency doctors have access to advanced diagnostics including point of care ultrasound, digital radiography, 64-slice helical CT, 1.5T MRI and fluoroscopy. Along with a full onsite laboratory, 6 oxygen cages, dedicated GI and respiratory isolation suites, all working alongside an experienced specialty team that supports case collaboration.
