Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience teaching math, literacy, technology, or STEM.
• Experience delivering professional development to adults.
• Experience working in blended learning classrooms.
• Excellent communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Host dynamic planning conferences that unleash educators' creativity.
• Craft creative example lessons that captivate students.
• Lead interactive professional development workshops.
• Research and demonstrate instructional strategies.
• Foster active participation and open discussions.
• Ensure educator development is completed successfully.
• Provide report documentation as required.
• Communicate actively with directors regarding activities.
