Job summary

Springbrook seeks a compassionate part-time assistant to support individuals in daily living, provide personal care, and promote independence while following program policies. You will assist with ADLs and protective oversight in a safe, respectful environment.

The role requires basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) and the ability to use Springbrook vehicles for transportation as needed, with adherence to state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to drive Springbrook vehicles.
• Ability to perform physical interventions.
• Proficient with and able to learn various computer apps, including Excel, Outlook and Word.

Salary = 20.00 per hour

Position Summary:

To provide assistance to individuals receiving services throughout all aspects of their lives . Provides support for activities of daily living (ADL’s) including personal care. Promote choice and independence while providing protective oversight. Demonstrate compliance with all Springbrook policies and State regulations to ensure safe and smooth operation of the program.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Meet the requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles as required.
• Be able to perform all physical interventions.
• Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software and e-mail applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word; have the aptitude to learn other computer software as necessary.
