UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Per Diem Dispensing Pharmacist to join the Catholic Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, NY. You will ensure accurate dispensing, uphold regulatory compliance, and provide clinical pharmacy services to patients and staff.

Shifts cover holidays and PTO, with 8am-5pm hours on weekdays and rotating Saturdays. Must have a PharmD/BS in Pharmacy and NY license; hospital experience and EMR proficiency are preferred.

Formación

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited college.
• Active NY pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience with inpatient hospital pharmacy and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review, verify, and dispense medications to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services and pharmacokinetic monitoring.
• Collaborate with care teams to optimize regimens for hospitalized patients.
• Oversee sterile/non-sterile compounding per USP and hospital standards.
