Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a skilled radiologic technologist to perform high‑quality diagnostic X‑ray imaging in a professional imaging environment. You will prepare and position patients, operate imaging equipment, and follow physician orders and protocols.

You will verify patient IDs, maintain safety, document procedures in RIS/PACS, and collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and front office staff to support efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Competency in diagnostic radiography and patient positioning.
• Strong attention to detail for image quality and documentation accuracy.
• Working knowledge of radiation safety practices.
• Ability to follow clinical orders and imaging protocols.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly position patients for diagnostic imaging.
• Operate and adjust imaging equipment to ensure accurate image acquisition.
• Follow physician orders and established protocols.
• Verify patient identification and maintain patient safety throughout the procedure.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection-control procedures.
• Document imaging procedures accurately in RIS/PACS.
