Qualifications

• Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License

Responsibilities

• Provide dermatology care per diem at Olympia Medical Center.
• Collaborate with integrated health care model and access to dozens of specialties.
