Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school, or CODA-accredited residency.
• WA license or eligibility to obtain licensure in WA and current DEA with no restrictions; Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS/ATLS may substitute for BLS; enrollment in Medicare not opted out.

Responsibilities

• The Dentist provides professional dental care, emergency dental treatment and oral hygiene to CVCH patients, including chart documentation.
