Job summary

ImageCare Radiology in New Jersey is seeking a part-time CT Technologist to join our outpatient imaging team. You will perform CT examinations, administer contrast as needed, and ensure accurate imaging while keeping patient safety at the forefront.

Applicants must hold ARRT certification, NJ state license, and preferably BLS. The role involves coordinating with referring physicians and radiologists, maintaining records, and supporting a clean, well-organized work area.

Qualifications

• ARRT Certification required or eligible.
• NJ State License required.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations on patients of all ages including administration of contrast per guidelines to ensure accurate examinations and high patient care.
• Organize and document all aspects of patient care in coordination with referring physicians and radiologists.
• Knowledge of scheduling procedures for CT and X-Ray.
• Maintenance and organization of patient film/file records.
• Maintain continuing education to ensure ARRT certification.
• Keep work area clean and stocked.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Schedule: Every other Saturdays 8:00AM-4:00PM at our Annandale Office. All new hires are required to attend first-day orientation at our Mount Olive office before reporting to their assigned work location or training site.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform CT examinations on patients of all ages including the administration of contrast material as assigned in accordance with established guidelines in a manner that ensures an accurate and complete examination and treatment providing the highest patient care.
2. Organize and document all aspects of assigned patient care in coordination with the referring physician(s) and the radiologist to ensure accurate and timely performance of procedures.
3. Knowledge of scheduling procedures for CT and X-Ray.
4. Maintenance and organization of patient film file records.
5. Maintains continuing education as required to ensure ARRT certification.
6. Maintain a clean and stocked work area.
7. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
