North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Per Diem CRNA for Oneida Health in Oneida, NY. The role covers general anesthesia across scheduled cases with OB experience required. Schedule typically Monday–Friday with some beeper call; cases include general, orthopedics, ENT, urology, endo and OB.

Compensation includes W2 per diem at $195/hour and 1099 rate at $210/hour, with the hospital performing annual case load and a focus on quality anesthesia care and teamwork within the department.

Qualificações

• OB experience is required.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
