Job summary

Dartmouth Health is seeking a CRNA for per diem coverage in a fast-paced clinical environment in New Hampshire. The role requires competency in regional anesthesia techniques, ability to work independently, and current NH RN/APRN licensure with CRNA certification.

BCLS, ACLS, and PALS are required. The position involves providing anesthesia for surgical and endoscopic procedures, accompanying patients to PACU, and maintaining accurate anesthesia records.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
• Proficiency in anesthesia techniques, including regional blocks.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Current BCLS, ACLS and PALS certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers anesthesia and blocks for surgical/endoscopic procedures as needed.
• Accompanies patient to PACU and remains until stable.
• Performs narcotic count and maintains anesthesia records in EMR.
• Pre- and post-anesthesia visits; documents notes.
• Fosters safe, respectful interactions with patients, families and staff.
• Contributes to patient experience and infection control practices.
