Job summary

Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) is recruiting qualified CRNAs to join our main campus in Boston, MA. This advanced practice position offers the opportunity to develop clinical skills within a dynamic anesthesia team at a large academic medical center.

The CRNA I role includes reviewing medical history, administering and managing anesthesia, and documenting ongoing registration. We support an orientation program and provide an educational stipend to promote growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, pharmacology related to anesthesia.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team-based environment and independently when needed.
• Comfortable communicating with surgeons, staff, and patients.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history and anesthesia plan.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during procedures.
• Document continued registration as a CRNA and perioperative care details.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and OR staff in a team-based model.
